Through our partnership with Clearpath, Imaging Healthcare Specialists (IHS) offers attorneys and record retrieval companies an efficient method to obtain medical records and images. Clearpath’s HIPAA-compliant web-based portal is a fast and reliable way to submit requests and receive information.

Processing Time

The IHS Health Information Management (HIM) Department will process your request within 14 days. An original affidavit or certification will be included with your request and made available on the platform once payment is completed.

Payment

IHS will invoice you via Clearpath. Payments can be made on the Clearpath website using your credit card or bank transfer (ACH).

Policy

IHS does not accept personal service, mail, email, or fax requests. Received checks will be voided and requests will be returned to the sender with information on how to submit a request via Clearpath.
