Job Description

We are looking for a Center Supervisor with a strong hospitality and customer service background. Ideally we would like someone who has worked in the airline, hotel, retail, and restaurant industry.  The Center Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent patient care using effective leadership and management techniques with a team of administrative and clinical staff by adhering to the company’s mission and core values.


  • Drive business results and increase patient satisfaction through active performance management of staff to ensure consistent achievement of patient care and operational goals based key performance indicators and metrics
  • Effectively manages employee performance by consistently providing constructive feedback, taking a collaborative approach to employee development, and administering necessary training including evaluations and performance improvement plans.
  • Manage and analyze daily/weekly/monthly operational statistics
  • Identify methods to continuously improve internal processes and increase patient satisfaction.
  • Manage labor audits and review staff scheduling to ensure efficiency
  • Manage annual budget at assigned centers through the effective management of volumes, inventory, and labor hours.
  • Communicate with staff on any on changes or updates to Company policies or procedures, and train accordingly.
  • Develop departmental training material based on current workforce skillset, manage training schedules, and forecast future training needs to meet Company goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • 5 Years of Customer Service and Management Experience
  • Understands business implications of decisions and demonstrate knowledge of market competition
  • Bilingual – Spanish and English
